Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade Hotel

We had a fantastic experience at Sofitel! The staff surprised us with an upgraded room, amuse-broche, and a bottle of port wine upon check-in. The breakfast was really good, with Alex going above and beyond to ensure we had a wide selection to choose from. The hotel also accommodated our request for a late check-out without any negotiation. a fantastic stay at Sofitel - highly recommended!

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, close to the old town and in the midst of everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities like a rain shower and high-quality toiletries. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and special. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with a variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes. Guests can also enjoy facilities like a well-equipped fitness room. this hotel provides a fantastic stay in a prime location.

Good location and helpful staff. Limited hanging space in the room. No climate control, but fan and window provided. Be careful about parking fines. Excellent cafe next door. Fantastic Indian restaurant nearby. 20-25 minute drive from the airport. Friendly locals and lots to see.

Cleanliness and maintenance were great. The hotel facilities were luxurious and modern. Convenient location in the heart of the city, close to all the tourist destinations and the restaurant we wanted to dine at. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I was allowed to check in early and the staff was friendly. The hotel is situated on a leafy boulevard with all the fancy shops, making it a great location. The rooms were large and the bedding was excellent. The internet connection was strong and reliable. The bathrooms were very comfortable and had many amenities. it was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

From exclusive amenities to private facilities, all of my needs were fulfilled efficiently. the room advantages were incredible, with a large and comfortable bed so relaxing I almost overslept.

The service at the bar/lounge area was the only minor issue, it was slow at times, but otherwise, it was never a hassle. Despite the minor issue, the private facilities more than made up for it.

We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the instruction cards for using the amenities in the room. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
